Feedback on your profile test
- You will receive an e-mail by 27 Aug with your password and link to the questionnaire. The title is ‘NEO Assessment: Login information’. Check your ‘spam’ mail folder if you have not received it.
- The personal profile questionnaire has 240 questions and takes approximately 45 min. There is no time limit and there are no right or wrong answers as it concerns personality.
- You already have a 1½-hour feedback meeting scheduled with Stephen between 1-15th September. Check that you have accepted the ‘LEADING@Baettr’ meeting sent to you by Louise.
- Finally, and most importantly, please read this ‘Personal Profile Preparation’ slide deck and prepare well before the meeting. Download here.
